NEW Broker Requirements became e ffective 7/1/2016: PA 15-98 AN ACT CONCERNING LICENSURE REQUIREMENTS FOR REAL ESTATE BROKERS • SUMMARY: This act changes the education requirements for an initial real estate broker license.
